Communicated well throughout the process. Scheduling my puppy delivery was not the most pleasant experience. First and second delivery dates were canceled. Finally got delivery the third time it was scheduled. Puppy arrived with diarrhea and scratching at her ears a lot. We took her to the vet within 36 hours of delivery. She had bilateral ear infections, which we are now treating. Her stool was positive for giardia. Delivery by Lori was great.

The true test of a business is when something goes awry. That’s when PuppySpot really came through as a 5 Star business. I will always recommend Puppy Spot to friends and neighbors.

Puppy spot did a good job except for one thing when we inquired about the delivery weight of our puppy, we were told we would receive a 12 pound puppy. We had inquired numerous times about the weight of the puppy.Much to our surprise we received a 34 lbs. 7 oz. standard golden doodle puppy. The puppy is beautiful just what we wanted. I would like to give a great thank you to the breeder. Haas has a great personality, very playful, outgoing, and loves people. We couldn’t have received a puppy more entertaining.

This is the first time I have ever had a dog delivered to me and I will say I had a fantastic experience with this company. I received a healthy dog and exactly when they told me she would be here. They were quick to answer any questions I had and also tons of information on how to care for my new cava. Poo! I would definitely use this company again! Thank you so much.
