From my initial contact with William Patterson to talking to the breeder Jonathan gravy to the perfect delivery by Ryan and gunner my experience was five star plus Jonathan and William were always there to answer any questions plus Santiago and Daniel and other staff on the help contact and my puppy was delivered in luxury with loving attention by Ryan and gunner thank you Puppyspot. I love my little girl Wendy I am a very happy customer will refer you to anyone interested PS however I didn’t like all the over the top selling moments. I’m an experienced puppy owner. I don’t need things and it the pressure of selling things I had to ask to stop Thankyou five star plus Puppyspot.

PuppySpot needs to improve its method for delivering dogs. They shouldn’t be housed in kennels for long periods of time in a vehicle (ie. for 4 days). That’s too much stress on the animal as was the case for my puppy!

From the time we decided to adopt Pepper, PuppySpot made contact with us, guided us through the process every step and every detail! They gave us resources on how to care for our puppy. Their communication was clear and I was able to communicate to them my concerns and their response was quick and to the point. Every step up to delivery was so systematically arranged. Great customer service.

The process to purchase a pet was a new experience for us and we were skeptical at first..After talking to the workers we gained more confidence in the process. We are very pleased with our decision to purchase our new puppy.

The sales team is great. The ride was not as described - I was told maybe 1 or 2 dogs and they stop to let them out to pee every 2 hours. There were 11 dogs in the truck and 1 had already been dropped off. The dogs were expected to pee and poop in their crates and the paper was cleaned every 2 hours. The crate that I purchased was pretty gross - I did not bring it in my house and had to buy another. The amount of items we have to purchase with the pet are wasteful. My dog is going to be 13 lbs - a leash was sent that she can’t use, car covers we don’t need, bowls we don’t need, random cold bags, in general accessories did not have her size in mine except for the car seat . The bed is good quality but huge for her and not necessary. It’s a pretty wasteful money grab. The drivers themselves were fantastic. This isn’t on them or the staff.

The entire process was so easy. I had contact with Liz as much as I needed. She answered all of my questions and requests in a friendly and prompt manner. The transportation of my pup to me was excellent as well. I highly recommend Puppy Spot to anyone looking for a new puppy. The only negative thing I can say is that the chew bone provided broke off in small pieces as my toy poodle pup chewed on it. I was concerned he could swallow the pieces and get duck or choke on the pieces.

Everyone was so nice and did what they said would be told to us during the process.
