Communication with representatives was outstanding. That made the process smooth and worry free. The delivery was wonderful and I received text and phone calls all the way up to a few minutes from delivery. Thank you!

I disliked that the kits I bought had no directions or pictures on items and I had to go to the vet to ask how to use the dog harness after a friend and I spent an hour and a half trying to figure it out. Then the harness is to big so I had to buy another harness anyway. Also my puppy is already too big for the carrier from the car kit So you guys just made me waste money thanks. And also I paid 859.00 for my dog to be brought to me and the carrier company begs for a tip. But it's not required. Wtf I spent 4600.00 on puppy and kits and delivery and these chumps want a tip. That's bull shit. And finding out that I should have gotten the extra insurance for coverage on regular stuff like. Fixing and getting the remaining immune shots. It would have been nice for a heads up. Yeah the first visit is 75.00$ The only good thing is the puppy is very healthy and no problem s. Or otherwise I would have given you a 1 star rating. It just goes to show you a 5 star rating Don't mean anything. I guess.

I placed an order on 9/15/26 for a toy poodle. I had to cancel it on the morning of 9/16/26 at 2:46am due to my surgery date was moved up. I contacted them right away. In the last 2 days I have sent emails confirming this cancellation to stop delivery and the Fetch Insurance. They send emails that a manager will call me or email me. That is a lie, because no one has contacted me. They accepted my payment but no response to my cancellation. I wonder if they are waiting for the 72 hours where they will get 75percent of the fee. I loose 25 percent This horrible customer service makes me wonder if the puppy was sick would they guarantee the 10 year guarantee? Very disappointed I called their phone number and I am being cut in and out ! Why ? Because they are located in Columbia! Not the United States!
