PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

Puppy spot was very reliable. They answered all my calls and emails. I was concerned about the transport of my pup, but all went smoothly. Picked up the puppy with no issues. I would highly recommend Puppyspot.

When we first picked out and paid for our puppy we were so excited. Made arrangements to pick him up. Then a couple of days prior to traveling to pick him up we found out he was no longer available. We were crushed. But I will say that Liz helped us out and we found a new puppy Rose. Rose was so cute but we had to wait several weeks due to her age. We received her on 10/2 and we were so pleased. We have now had her for almost 4 weeks now. She is healthy and totally bonded with our family.

Hemingway arrived in great shape. He traveled from Kansas to Vermont over a period of 5 to 6 days. All his papers were in order. Hemingway got a five star review from his first Dr visit at Stonecliff Animal Clinic of NH. I would definitely recommend PuppySpot for anyone wishing to find their puppy companion. The Premier Pet Transport was wonderful Nathan and Clinton took great care of Hemingway and presented all the information to me in a very professional manner. A big thank you to Candace for all your help in answering all my questions. You made it possible for me to feel comfortable with purchasing Hemingway. All my previous dogs were rescued. Thank you again for Hemingway he’s a joyful lovable puppy. Donna Rae Grant

We decided to pick up our puppy from the breeder. PuppySpot helped us all the way to make the experience pleasant and reassuring. it was a bit concerning having to pay up front for our puppy but because of the constant support from PuppySpot by emailing, texting and answering questions by phone we felt very reassured with our choice.

It was great, no problems

My puppy was diagnosed with Giardia and I had the option to have her delivered and I would administer medicine, or delay delivery until she was cleared of the infection. I have two other dogs so I chose to have her cleared before delivering her. The puppy was treated and "cleared" of giardia and was then delivered on 8/21/25. The delivery team was fantastic. During her physical I was told that not only did she have giardia, she also had coccidia. She was treated for both. Coccidia cleared but it is now October 25, and she STILL has Giardia, despite multiple treatments (one of which we just completed). Thankfully my other two dogs have not contracted parasites from her....yet. So far I have spent well over 500 to have her treated, and that will triple if my other two dogs get infected.

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Smoothest transaction I have literally ever been through. I was leery at first but everything happened true to the Puppy Spot representatives explanation. Puppy Spot concierge/website kept me updated on when my puppy Andrew would be leaving his destination, exactly when he would be arriving and what to expect. Communication, friendliness and service is beyond exceptional. If I had any questions or concerns Puppy Spot Concierge was with me the entire step of the way. Premier Pet Transportation was exceptional as well. They arrived with Andrew safely and at the exact time they specified. Kudos to Puppy Spot and Premier Pet for making this an absolute wonderful experience and for allowing me to be a happy human Pet Mom.

I absolutely love my dog—he is the sweetest puppy ever. Communication about his ongoing health and activities and growth were great (we got pictures and videos while we anxiously awaited his arrival). I also got regular updates when he was on his way, and seemed to be in loving hands on his long journey. (I lost the paper to send them a review, but whoever transported Riley—now Ripley-was wonderful!!!!) However, that being said—he arrived completely not potty trained (biggest bummer of all—we got him at almost 6 months old and we’re still working on it), afraid of all things in the home (which makes me wonder if he’d ever been in one), had obviously never been on a leash or harness. He’s rapidly adjusted to both, which has been great (he is SUCH a good dog for the most part) The last thing I have to say is I wish the constant push to buy their products and/or health care plan weren’t so aggressive. It’s not that great of a deal, and we opted out. But I got tons of emails about products/services (and continue to) since he came into our home. That part felt very commercial and less about the pet. Pretty annoying. All things considered, I don’t regret getting my puppy here. He is the sweetest, most calm, cutest little guy we could imagine and he fit himself into our lives within minutes. Our older dog LOVES him, and so do we. So—thank you, Puppy Spot. Just lay off the product pushing.
