***Update: our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel sisters are now 6 months old and doing very well. During the fist few months, Puppyspot was there to help us over a few rough spots and we couldn't be happier. Our girls were spayed at just over 5 months and did very well. It was hard keeping them quiet during 2 week recovery. Vet said they did great and no issues. They are so loving and just completed their first obedience class doing excellent. Very happy with the experience. *** Puppyspot acted as a pet broker which meant we didn't have to connect with the breeder. It was a much better experience from past purchases directly with a breeder. We felt payment was more secure and Puppyspot provided more honest information. They were able to show us multiple puppies from other breeders. In the end we feel that we got the puppies we wanted. They also handled all the details including transportation, insurance and puppy starter kits that arrived a head of the puppies. Puppyspot was available whenever we called or emailed where a breeder had limited hours and took a while to get back to you. Would definitely use Puppyspot in the future.

We had the best experience with PuppySpot. Our Concierge was wonderful. She made sure we got the puppies that we chose and was diligent in making sure we were happy. The drivers of the delivery can that brought them to us were also great in that they kept in touch with us, gave us good directions as to where they would be and what the van looked like. They arrived on time and made sure that the puppies were clean and ready for their new home. PuppySpot also supplied us with the things we needed to get our puppies off to a good start with blankets, toys, leaches and crate bedding. We had worked with PuppySpot 10 years ago when we got out first Shih Tzu so we knew that we could trust them in getting the two new ones that we have now. They are happy and healthy and we couldn't love them more. Thank you PuppySpot for making our joy complete.

I love my puppy, but it was stressful for me receiving her. There was little communication about her transportation, especially when the date was changed to a later one. It was barely transactional for getting a new member of the family.

OMG, My husband and I couldn't be more happy! Formally Teddy (now Boudie) is the most wonderful addition to our family! Currently we are waiting on our second puppy Luca and could not be more pleased. Honestly this has been the best experience with adopting a puppy that I've ever had! We are anxiously awaiting Boudies brother who will only be three weeks younger! We have so many GREAT adventures and experiences awaiting us, we can't wait.... the wait is the longest but worth it! The door to door was perfect and so cool!! They must have the best job EVER! delivering puppies, OMGoodness, what a great job and what a team (Titus and Buck from the transport team, A+ dudes! I'm completely pleased with all of the services I've been provided and continue to be provided with!!! I highly recommend it! Thank All of you at the Puppyspot, 🫂

Going through PuppySpot was super easy and we got all the updates on everything we needed to know and on delivery and if they were even running 10 minutes behind. Great experience for first time puppy buyers!
