We just got our puppy yesterday and what a delight. The delivery was right in schedule and they have been very helpful with answering any questions we might have. We recommend them to anyone looking for a puppy

Very easy process, constant updates, always available to answer questions and I felt they were just as excited as I was that I found the puppy for me.

At the end of the day, we love our puppy and he is in good health. The promises they made were kept. The reason why the review is not 5 star is because of the delivery. The pet transport company is wonderful but Puppy Spot thought it would be ok to deliver a puppy at 11:30 at night on a holiday. Eventually we got it sorted out but it should not have happened. It was incredibly frustrating and the helpline was less than helpful. All good now!

We're happy to hear that your puppy is healthy and that we kept our promises. We regret the late-night holiday delivery and the unhelpful helpline experience. We appreciate your feedback regarding this situation, and we'll address it.

I was never kept in touch with anything about my puppy. I was only given a 2 day notice when my puppy arrived, no contact and if I hadn’t of been available, what would you do??
Response from PuppySpotNov 1, 2025
We regret that you weren't properly informed about your puppy's arrival. We'll review our communication process to ensure everyone receives timely updates. Thanks for your feedback.

Thank you for bringing us another perfect puppy! We had a couple of snags this time as Puppy Spot/Premier Pet Transport inadvertently had us signed up for delivery closest to you when we’d paid for door-to-door delivery. Another issue was whether or not he’d been given the rabies vaccine. Paperwork from the vet who examined him showed that he had been given the vaccine yet we received no rabies tag to place on his collar/harness to prove he’d actually been vaccinated. This issue is still being worked on.

We're happy to hear that you love your new puppy! We regret the delivery confusion and the missing rabies tag. We are addressing the vaccination documentation issue. Thanks for your feedback!
