We bought our puppy through Puppy Spot after having a frustrating time with an online breeder who would answer us one day, then ignore us for several days. Puppy Spot was highly professional, helpful, and easy to work with. It is pricey, but especially if this is your first puppy, the help and information they give you, as well as being very easy to contact with prompt responses, make it worth it. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that you are required to purchase pet insurance, which is also pricey. Other than that, they were great!

We had our new baby pup delivered yesterday. It was a seamless transaction & it couldn’t have been more stress free. They did also provide a small bag of what the courier was feeding the pup.

Top of the line transition with the carrier. First class breeder, Oliver’s demeanor and Way showed he was loved and taken great care of him. PuppySpot is a first class company and would recommend to anyone.

Luigi arrived on time and in good form. His transportation experience was excellent. He bonded with us very quickly and is happy and energetic. He ate kibble and drank water after a couple of hours. His transition from his siblings in Iowa to being a member of our family has been seamless (so far). We are very happy. Thank you.

I flew to St Louis not knowing if the breeder was going to meet me because I could not get to West Plains by noon. If I had not called numerous times as I traveled I would not have gotten my puppy. In addition, I have not been reimbursed the $199 I paid for the breeder to meet me at the airport, which did not happen.

This is our second dog that we purchased from PuppySpot, and the transaction with our new pup was just as stellar!
