Smooth process, very communicative
I had a really good experience! The website was easy to use and everything about my puppy was exactly as described. Communication was clear, they set up delivery with a very kind and professional transport team, and my puppy arrived safe and healthy, and you can tell they come from caring people. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for a puppy!

Very helpful and caring

We had a wonderful experience
We had a wonderful experience with PuppySpot from start to finish. The process was smooth, transparent, and well-organized, which gave us a lot of confidence as first-time puppy parents. Nick arrived healthy, happy, and well cared for, and the handover was seamless. PuppySpot kept us informed at every step and provided helpful resources that made the transition home much easier. We also appreciated the clear communication, documentation, and post-arrival support. We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome Nick into our family and are grateful to PuppySpot for making this such a positive and stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

Satisfaction with transaction.
We are pleased with the service and commitment to satisfaction at Puppy Spot, and how they resolved an initial issue we had. Everything is going well. We enjoy and love our new baby girl, Poppie.

This was our third Havanese we got…
This was our third Havanese we got through Puppyspot. I trust them. Healthy dogs, great breeders, terrific response to any questions we had. Delivery was easy & on time . There are so many scammers in the world it was 100% worth it to go with Puppyspot.

What an amazing experience
I have to admit I didn’t know what to expect, but this was all so flawless I will definitely do this again. Ryan and Titis took their time letting me know how our lil man was taken care of, even sharing parts of his personality. Thank you so much.
