We were able to find a puppy and get her delivered quickly, despite a terrible snowstorm in the south. The drivers were amazing and brave the horrible weather and kept us updated throughout the entire process.

Lots if communication with the organization, but would have liked to correspond directly with breeder as to temperament and personal observations about the puppy. That said, we couldn’t be happier with our new puppy! Absolutely adorable, adapted well and great personality!

We appreciate your feedback and are so glad you're happy with your puppy! We acknowledge your preference for direct breeder communication and will explore ways to enhance this in the future.

Ease of the process and continued communication! My concerns were the earlier side of needed vaccines given. My vet said it was not a problem and that breeders almost always do this! Also no information on what brand of food my puppy was raised on. We used the door to door service and that experience was wonderful!

I actually called this number which was listed on Facebook to try to have questions about a golden that I was interested in. The person that answered the phone after I got through all the 866 number stuff said well I don’t know exactly the name of the dog you’re speaking of even though the name Duke was on the advertisement. At that point, I asked where they were located so I could see the dog. They said you cannot see the dog before you buy it. I said that doesn’t seem right and then they started over talking me so much that I couldn’t even ask a question. And at that point I said can you please stop over talking me? I have questions. And at that point they hung up on me.

The fact that I could choice a puppy from a host of different breeders all in one place was awesome. I could read information on the puppies, breeders experience and location was great as well. It was a smooth transaction.

PuppySpot was an amazing experience. Their process was super easy and quick. Once I reserved my new furbaby, I had her in my arms in less than two weeks. They communicated every step of the process to me over the phone and through email. I highly recommend PuppySpot

Work with our agent was enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, and very understanding with the many questions we had. Transport of our puppy was on time and the delivery went with out a hitch. The delivery person was very friendly and professional. Would recommend PuppySpot to anyone looking for a wonderful puppy. Jim Burtnett 1/22/25

The whole team was very kind and informative of the process. Everything was addressed professionally, and the coordinated communication between all parties (breeder, vets, transport, and support) to me was well coordinated and made me feel good about how things worked out. Our new puppy is a wild little guy with a ton of energy and we are so happy to have him join our crew. Thank you to all involved.
