I appreciate the prompt responses and how they found the answers when they were not sure. I started out with a male pup but just could not sit well with my decision. I called back and asked if my account could be changed over to a female I chose. I expected to get some push back, but no, not at all. I was treated very well. I got the female I wanted and could not be happier.

Received the best puppy, though disappointed with Puppy Spot
I went into this experience excited and hopeful about bringing a new puppy into our home. While PuppySpot made the process convenient in some ways, the overall experience fell short of what I expected for something as meaningful and personal as adopting a puppy.
Positives
• The purchasing process is easy and well organized.
• There is a very large selection of puppies and breeds available.
• PuppySpot vets breeders
• Frequent text and email updates keep you informed of the general process and milestones.
• The breeder’s name and general geographic location are provided.
• A health guarantee is included.
• My puppy arrived healthy, absolutely adorable. We truly ended up with a beautiful, sweet puppy.
Negatives
• There is no direct access to the breeder at any point.
• Given how common online scams are today, I expected more transparency specific to my puppy. Additional details about temperament, development, health background, and updated photos or videos after my purchase would have helped build confidence.
• While communication was frequent, it was largely canned and not tailored to my specific puppy.
About 10 days after purchase, I requested updated photos and was told the images I had already received were recent enough. That response did not put me at ease. Being unable to speak with the breeder after paying a significant dollar amount, combined with limited puppy-specific information, felt unnecessarily rigid and disconnected from the emotional side of adopting a pet.
This was further compounded by the amount of marketing communication I received from PuppySpot during the process. The contrast between generic updates and heavy marketing did not inspire trust.
Overall, While PuppySpot ultimately delivered a healthy and wonderful puppy, they missed an opportunity to make the experience feel supportive, reassuring, and personal. The process often felt transactional, which was not a good fit for something as emotional as welcoming a puppy into our family.
At times, it felt less like adopting a living being and more like ordering a product online, similar to buying dishes off Amazon. Because of that disconnect, I would be unlikely to recommend Puppy Spot to others, despite being very happy with our puppy.

Did not like the inability to meet the…
Did not like the inability to meet the breeder, pick up the puppy from its home. Did not appreciate the inability to have shuttle transport. Did not like the inability to be kept up with the puppy between purchase and pick up time. Did not like the fact that the puppy was immediately diagnosed with nystagmus. It would be quite easy for Puppy Spot to be a great, client-friendly business. It is not. If you are not going to make that effort, you should match clients with breeders, collect your fee, and then step out of the picture.

Was expecting a healthy puppy
It seems that we received the puppy the breeder couldn't sell. There are some serious issues with his health that were completely overlooked even though I assumed he had been checked throughoughly by a veterinarian. My veterinarian was not happy with ny puppy's condition and he has alot of issues that seem he was not properly cared for and given an abundance of medication and is nutrient deficient. Besides that he nay have hip and leg issues that the previous vert and breeder must've known about but sold him Anyway. I feel Puppy soot did not ensure I received a healthy puppy. Instead I received one that will need alot of medical attention to get him healthy and stay healthy. Essentially I would never recommend Puppy Spot to anyone. I have reached out to them for assistance but I have not received a response back as to how they can help, If they even will.

Customer service was good
Customer service was good. However, when I received Tannin, I immediately had him groomed because he was covered in urine. The groomer informed me that he has yeast in his ears and on all of his paws and advised that he needs to see a veterinarian immediately. For the amount of money I paid, I expected him to be delivered in much better condition and without existing health issues, especially infections such as yeast in his ears and paws.

I was not impressed with my experience…
I was not impressed with my experience using PuppySpot. From the beginning, it felt like they nickel and dime you for absolutely everything. What initially seemed straightforward quickly turned into a series of extra fees that were never clearly explained upfront.
The sales team made a lot of promises during the process, but many of them were not delivered. Once the payment was made, the level of service dropped significantly. Customer service was especially disappointing — not very helpful, difficult to understand, and unable to provide clear answers when issues came up.
I also paid extra for expedited delivery, expecting faster service, but it still took a long time with very little communication or transparency. Overall, the experience felt more focused on grabbing as much money as possible rather than actually supporting customers or delivering what was promised.
I would not recommend PuppySpot based on my experience.
After speaking with a manager from puppy spot, I’ve decided to now reduce my rating to a single star. I took my new puppy to the vet the following day after receiving him and come to find out that our new puppy that cost quite a bit of money had two parasites. The response I was given by puppy spot was appalling and disturbing. I would not recommend using puppy spot to find your next furry family member.

My experience on getting the dog has…
My experience on getting the dog has been a long journey ran into a few snacks. I was upset by the delay in getting the dog. She came weeks after the original promised date and even though I called and confirmed and text and confirm several times that you had the wrong address you still delivered her to the wrong address, but she came to me, healthy and happy and so while the experience wasn’t really a five now that she’s here, I’m happy.

It might be better to buy your puppy’s supplies on your own so you have what you need.
We selected the chaperone delivery for our puppy. About 4 days before her arrival we received 2 packages of accessories for her, but no crate. We were told she would come with her own kennel for crate training when she arrived. The pet transport people said no they don’t bring kennels with the pups and I wasn’t the first person to ask. So we had to go find an appropriate size crate after our puppy arrived.
Our puppy arrived; full of energy with the sweetest personality.
