Me and my boyfriend did the sunset Horseback riding tour. I would like to thank this company because I am not going to lie I was a little nervous booking this tour directly through their website on my own. I am not from the country but was willing to take the chance. First I went through the viator app and booked the tour and in short basically there was someone using their name on that app. I reached out directly to Punta Cana Adventures and they were so helpful. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me. They explain to me how to get my money back from the viator app and to go directly to their site and rebook. They picked us up in our resort lobby exactly on time. Got us their safely and returned safely. I not once felt uncomfortable. The tour itself was amazing. The horse looked well fed. And they were huge. I had a great experience. They took amazing photos of me and my boyfriend. We went along the beach and through a trail. The horses were very well behaved. And the people were amazing. The only down side was that we did not get to see the sunset so that's the only negative I have to say. Other then that I still give a 5 star. Thank you so much.

Sammy/Francisco were great guide tours, very informative..Pickup time was prompt and Ziplining/MonkeyLand was a great experience, awesome excursions.. Thank You Punta Cana Runners Adventure, definitely using again when we return.. Highly Recommended

Positives: + Reservation process was smooth + Great communication via email and WhatsApp (Thank you Modesto!) + Hotel pick-up and drop-off was punctual + Crew on the catamaran was helpful and extremely entertaining + Photo package (purchased separately) was reasonably priced and worth it Negatives: - None

Highly recommend this company. Great communication before and after our tours. We were a family of 7 adults and 3 young children. We went on Dolphin Encounter/ Swim and small private boat tour. AMAZING! Thank you Gianni and team . Wonderful memories.

My daughter booked a tour in Punta Cana and they never showed up for the pick. No communication that things changed. Some red flags I noticed - they want cash so they charge a 20% surcharge if you use credit card. They post Tripadvisor reviews on their site, but I couldn't find them on Tripadvisor. Their website looks legit, but I question if they are legit. With the cash preference, would it be a robbery instead of a tour? Luckily, the tour operator in the resort matched the price and the tour was booked at the beginning of the vacation so there was time to book again. Do your due diligence before booking. I would not recommend them.

We got our room and when we got to the room we had no water and lots of bugs that bite. The room was dirty and dated.took us 3.5 hrs to get another room it was like pulling teeth.on there web site the food in the restaurants sounds good until you get there the meat has flavor but you have to work on it to break it up. The buffet was below average they served you food from a dinner. 80% of the staff didn't understand English. 4 star it is not. We were 11 Golfers on this trip March 2023 trip and all of us where very disappointed and sad that we would never return Last words. STAY AWAY
