We got 2 excursions: playa Rincon and Monkey Land. We weren’t lucky with the weather at the playa Rincon, but still had a lot of fun! Little cute monkeys is definitely a must to see 😍 Our concierge was very responsive and helpful, thanks a lot for everything you did!

Having such as experienced, caring, and fun team on our side made a huge difference during our Dominican Republic trip last October 2023! Monkeyland was an amazing experience! Our guide Carlos was so much fun, he was very informative on the trip to and from our hotel. The monkeys are adorable and so fun to interact with. Leaning about the Dominican culture and how resources are made was very enlightening and made for a great afternoon excursion! I would definitely recommend it!

Punta Cana Adventures was an awesome company to deal with, their customer service was top notch, we booked a Horseback Ride for 3 and 2 days later needed to add an extra person the actual morning of the ride. I text/chatted the company and they immediately updated our reservation with no issues. The whole excursion process with them was seamless!! I highly recommend using this company, there are alot of sketchy companies on the island. It's worth it to use the BEST. Mark

Had absolutely no problem with this tour provider. However, the guy working for the operator took us to a shop recommended, after our trip where we sadly got got ripped off. He was standing with us when we were overcharged and 100% knew. So, go on the trip, but when it comes to shops, avoid.

Alcohol drinks were a bit light, the taco snacks we're good. The staff was on par with our needs. Friendly and attentive. Trip to snorkel was rather short. Overall it was a good trip. 👍

Absolutely! Amazing! My daughter and I share birthdays four days apart so I wanted her 13th birthday to be a great one. She had a blast! And so did I. We did the Sailing and Snorkeling and the ATV excursion with Punta cana adventures and the experience was seamless. From the swift responses by email when I had questions or concerns, to the on time pick up from the transportation to and from the excursion sites, to the flawless execution of the tours. It was money so well spent. I applaud this company’s value for customer service and attention to detail. We will definitely be back.
