I had a little bit of a problem and I spoke to concierge and they were ever ever so helpful. Great communication! Great response times all the way through, the trip was fantastic. The guys were fantastic. I can't really complain. All I can say is I would recommend this company 100%

La verdad, fue una experiencia muy bonita. La piscina natural estaba espectacular, y la isla Saona nos regaló unos paisajes espectaculares, con un agua cristalina que parecía de película. Pero si hay algo que realmente quiero destacar es la atención del equipo. Los muchachos fueron súper atentos con nosotros, siempre pendientes de que estuviéramos bien, de que no nos faltara nada y de que disfrutáramos el día. Eso hace una gran diferencia y se agradece muchísimo. Sin duda, fue un día lleno de paisajes preciosos, buena vivra y momentos para recordar. Gracias por hacernos vivir esta experiencia y por todas las atenciones! 🇩🇴❤️

We had a great experience with Runners doing the Monkey Land and dune buggy combo! It was a full 8-hour day and very affordable for everything that was included. Our bus arrived on time, was air-conditioned and comfortable, and our tour guide kept us entertained and made the day even more enjoyable. Johnny Tequila led our dune buggy experience and was great! The buggies were definitely one of the highlights of the day, and we also really enjoyed visiting Monkey Land. Lunch was a home-cooked Dominican meal, which was a nice addition to the experience. Overall, everything was well organized, fun, and worth the price. We got to experience a lot in one day without feeling like we overpaid. I would definitely recommend Runners and the Monkey Land + dune buggy combo!

I’m not a fan of the changing buses in the gas station. However it seemed to work well . The trip itself was fantastic I thoroughly enjoyed it and so glad we done it as a family . Would highly recommend , our driver Juan Carrasco was fantastic fun.

It was a once in a lifetime experience! Emilio and Anton were awesome guides (& driver) Emilio was very knowledgeable about Punta Cana and shared his love of the country and the hard working people that live here. The monkey’s were adorable and we all enjoyed snack time for them. The hot chocolate and coffee tasting was incredible too! It was a wonderful learning experience. The only negative was the pick up vehicle that was taking us was not specified clearly in the email. We were there 10 minutes before and it didn’t show up until 20 minutes after the scheduled time because my son finally found a person. (When I tried contacting the number given to talk to someone, no one answered) My hotel’s concierge kept trying to tell us we were at the wrong lobby, so it was quite stressful.

Our Saona Island Day Trip from Punta Cana with Lunch and Open Bar was absolutely incredible! From beginning to end, everything was perfectly organized, and we had an unforgettable day. One of the best parts was the value. Our hotel offered the exact same excursion for almost twice the price, so booking with Punta Cana Adventures was an easy decision—and we're so glad we did! They picked us up directly from our hotel and dropped us back off afterward, making the entire experience completely stress-free. The staff was professional, friendly, organized, and genuinely made everyone feel welcome. You can tell they truly care about making sure their guests have an amazing time. Saona Island itself is breathtaking, and with a delicious lunch, open bar, beautiful scenery, and a fun atmosphere, it ended up being one of the highlights of our vacation. I honestly can't recommend Punta Cana Adventures enough. If you're visiting the Dominican Republic and want to do something beyond just relaxing at the resort, do yourself a favor and book an excursion with them. You won't regret it! It was worth every penny, and we'll definitely be using them again on our next trip.

We had an AMAZING time with Punta Cana Adventures. I cannot speak highly enough about how great and seamless this experience was. I booked a private charter for my husband’s 50th birthday party for nearly 40 people. Jean from Punta Cana Adventures was responsive, kept me updated with our headcount numbers, and they had individual payment links so my guests could pay for themselves instead of me having to manage the money. The day of the event, the boat was clean and spacious; the staff was great and kept everyone engaged with the drinks flowing; and we had a PARTY on that boat!! Everything you would want in the DR. Save yourself the headache of people who don’t know what they’re doing—Punta Cana Adventures is where it’s at!
