Would not come back to the Scape Park. Although the resort is beautiful, and lots of different attractions (roughly 9) so definitely good for the price. The cons would be every worker was rude, entitled, did not welcome us, was not friendly at all but every single one expect, demanded a tip. Tip for no service? Tip for being rude? Tip for not welcoming us? On top of the all that we were excited to zip line and do a tour of the caves. For whatever reason they shut zip lining down from 12pm- 2pm with no notice, no heads up, nothing. So when we went to zip line were told to come back at 2pm. Maybe a little heads up would’ve been great as we would’ve planned the day better. Above that after when we went to do the cave tour we were told it was closed at 2pm which seems weird because again, no communication once so ever from the website or any staff. So we paid for an all inclusive access to hit all attractions and because of lack of communication with closures we ended up either having to sit around waiting for one to open, or sitting around because they were closed. All and all, of what we were able to see it was beautiful and a great day. But still very disappointed in the stuff we missed and lack of communication and friendliness. If you do plan on doing this attraction be mindful to watch your time and ask for when stuff is open, or closed because although the park hours tell you from 9am to 4pm that is not the real time things are open. Be mindful to bring extra money for tip, even to the rude demanding workers.

Took an excursion to Saona Island Excursion from Punta Cana. Took a few weeks to reflect on everything before posting this review. Pros: Booking and payment were very easy. Some of the workers were very kind and polite, make sure you tip them. Cons: We were outside early for pick up at the right time but it took texting the vendor to locate our pick-up vehicle (which was unmarked). There was some confusion as to what boat we would take out, and so we temporarily lost a family on our same excursion ( this delayed us in retrieving them). The boat going out was so packed that we spent almost 2 hours in the direct sun as that was the only place left on the boat to stand or sit. The island , while beautiful was not a place to rest or relax on the beach due to aggressive vendors constantly disturbing lounging guests (To get any peace, you have to be out in the waves). The very lengthy sales pitch when we returned to the bus at the end of the excision was not well received as passengers were wet , tired and cold on an air conditioned bus. We were delayed even further when the photographer followed some customers off of the bus to retrieve payment for pictures. The guide had already left us for the evening so we were pretty much at the whim of whenever he finally returned to the bus. We were late being dropped off after that, even though we built in lots of “island time” to pad our schedule. Summary: I understand this is how folks make a living, but it should be equally understood that patrons want to enjoy themselves and be relaxed. I would not bother booking this if I had to do it over again

"Booking with Punta Cana Adventure was easy and well-organized. However, the tour itself was less enjoyable. The tour operator in Punta Cana subjected us to a 15-minute sales pitch by a local vendor who boarded the bus before our return to the hotel to sell us a local drink. I found this intrusive as I did not consent to being held captive to listen to a vendor I had never authorized. This was not indicated anywhere in the tour description. Be cautious if you wish to avoid a similar experience."

Buggy’s were fun — but the cave was man made and definitely not the one as pictured. The tobacco and little demonstrations were more of a pitch at their own personal tourist trap. Underwhelmed with everything other than short buggy ride.
