I had a great experience with my rescue cat Clyde. They always paid on my claims which was great since he only went to the vet when necessary, mostly in the last year or so and the vets around me are NOT cheap. I adopted him as an adult, didn't know the exact age since he had no teeth, but he was the most chill, big lovebug, my tv and hangout buddy. He passed recently after having him about 5 years.

Our questions were answered courteously and we were able to make an informed decision regarding the care for our little dog.
