My recent claim was processed and approved in 16 minutes. Appreciate the fast response time and coverage for our 11 year old French Bulldog.

We signed up with Pumpkin for our 4 cats and are extremely happy with our decision. Signing up was easy. We took our cats for their first wellness exam and the claim process was hassle free. Refund came in a day or so after. Couldn’t recommend enough! We’re so happy being part of the Pumpkin family; and so are our four cats - Olly, Snowy, Smokey, and Suki.

Pumpkin has a very user friendly website. Once I submitted my claim, my reimbursement came within days. The staff is also very helpful. This makes it a great company to me. I will recommend Pumpkin Pet Insurance to all my friends.

As you have in writing, after $500 deductible you aid all but 10% of charges. So far, you were quick to respond and pay but, this last entry has been pending now for a couple of days! Unusual! What’s that hold up?
