No correspondence when claim is received. Only cover two vaccines per year. Not able to send in claims by USPS

Thanks for your feedback, Robin! You can choose to mail in a claim and claim form, however doing so via email or the customer portal would ensure quicker processing time for you! You should also receive an email when you file a claim, as well as periodically with updates.

It was easy to enroll our cats and the paperwork came in the mail quite quickly. We thankfully haven't had a claim yet but the enrollment experience was great.
