Too difficult to get refunds.

Very professional and look at the claim very fast and receive payment within 2 days .

Up until our most recent claim, you have always been a 5. We received the auto reply when we sent in the recent claim and then heard nothing. I sent an email, no reply. Eventually looked on line. It said completed and the reimbursement amount, still no reimbursement. You are usually quick. Tried email a couple of more times. Corresponded online they said they would have someone contact me when they got in. I never heard from anyone but then the reimbursement was put in our bank account. I was very disappointed. I have recommended Pumpkin numerous times, and this customer service was just like the majority of other companies.

The pre visit estimate gave me peace of mind on what would be covered so that I felt good to schedule the appointment. After the appointment I submitted my claim online and they had it approved and paid out within 10 minutes. I was not expecting that.

Filing a claim was easy and fast - it was processed within 15 minutes and I received my refund via direct deposit within a couple of business days. Overall very pleasant and stress free experience!

Better than expected! I submitted a claim that I thought would maybe only count towards some of my deductible. I actually covered all of my deductible and I was reimbursed! Thank you Pumpkin!
