My biggest fear about getting pet insurance is that it will be a lot like getting individual dental insurance ... good for practically nothing. Not so the case with Pumpkin. I had no idea when we got our puppy that she was going to have to suffer through terrible allergies in her life. As anyone who owns a dog for any length of time the expense of a vet bill can be overwhelming. Often people are divided between the health of their pet and what they can afford. Pumpkin has been behind us all the way through this odyssey of her mysterious allergies when we finally happened upon a treatment that may in fact end her allergies. The expense was not only covered, but I was reimbursed within 24 hours. Within 24 hours.

I made my claim, sent all the documentation in which is really easy. Within a couple of days, the claim was processed. Pet insurance is a must for those unexpected emergencies!!! The customer service is great also!!
