Pumpkin is the BEST insurance company that I have ever had. Not only do they pay there claims without hassle, but also voluntarily reimbursed me for insurance portion I did not use after I sadly lost my beloved cat. They also sent me a very caring personal letter after I lost my cat. I highly recommend Pumpkin.

Pumpkin processes claims quickly, and the pre-approval is really helpful in understanding what to expect ahead of a procedure. I chose a plan with a high reimbursement rate and low deductible, so my monthly premium is higher, but this gives me peace of mind for a high reimbursement with low out of pocket cost should a large vet bill arise. I have one cat with kidney disease and another who ingested a toxic plant, and having a Pumpkin plan significantly reduced my stress and out of pocket costs. I wish human health insurance was this simple to navigate!
