So I bought a mattress from here after seeing good reviews online and their webpage is seemingly user friendly. I got the medium-firm Hybrid LUX king mattress. I have back problems and so does my husband. We received the mattress fairly quickly, in a box, no one was sent out to help us set it up. and let me tell you...the mattress is NOT Firm AT ALL. It is super squishy & when I lay on it i turn into a wedge, i sink down like 12" it feels like. When my husband moves on the other side, the whole bed shakes. I have never in my life slept so bad on a new mattress, and I woke up feeling absolutely crippled. So on day 3 I contact them & they state that I cannot return it until I have slept on it 14 days. I basically told them "ok then you can pay or our medical bills" and they changed their tune pretty quickly. I was told that you could return things with no questions asked, but that is a lie. So, so far i've wasted over $1,500 on a crap mattress and i am not sure I will even get it back. DO NOT DO IT> buy from an actual store & make sure you know how it feels! Also, please note I recently learned that they curate their reviews and comb through them so only the positive ones show!

We recently purchased a new Puffy mattress - the Puffy Lux Hybrid. We are very happy with our purchase. My back pain and sciatica have started to subside after two years. I am also sleeping much better, deeper and longer. As seniors, quality of sleep is something that we greatly value, and becomes harder and harder to get. I believe that our Puffy mattress has brought a huge improvement to that area of our lives. We also appreciate the free gift of sheets, pillow and mattress protector. I remember trying bamboo sheets years ago, and we didn't care for them. The Puffy sheets are also bamboo, but Puffy has overcome many of the faults of older bamboo sheets. They have put elastic on the corners, so the sheets aren't constantly sliding around. The sheets feel wonderful and cool, an important factor here in Florida! The pillows are also great, and one of the pillows that we received was not as full as the other. I reported this to Puffy's support, and they shipped me a new pillow.

I bought the mattress topper a few years ago for $220/Queen size. Two months ago I started getting excruciating back pain while in the bed and when trying to get out. I do nothing whatsoever to cause back pain. My doctor said remove the topper and that my spine was more than likely not properly aligned. I removed the topper and I have slept on my med- firm bed for a month now with no pain.I left a review on the website today and left 3 stars. After checking, my review was pending with 5 stars…. I would give 0 stars if I could!!!!!

Really comfortable mattress. My friends and I bought 3 in total. Satisfied! The online buying experience was pleasant and easy.

After sleeping on it for nearly 3 years and spending nearly $2k, my mattress has completely broken down. Puffy refuses to honor their Lifetime Warranty, because I'm unable to provide photos of an indentation measuring more than 1 1/2 inches. Puffy is clearly outsourcing production and using subpar materials, & if you dig deep, their headquarters are located in the middle east! This company is a scam.
