Changed Mattress Formula
I've had 2 Puffy mattresses in the last 5-6 years. My 1st puffy cloud is literally a cloud. I bought a 2nd one, another cloud and they definitely changed the formula they use for the mattress because it is not the same. Stiff, does not feel as soft or same grade material. Please bring back the old formula!

Royal Mattress Purchase Experience
I’ve had my mattress for about three weeks. The delivery took much longer than expected, and when I reached out to Puffy for assistance, I never received a response. The mattress even made it to my state before being sent back to Texas, which was disappointing—especially with no communication from customer service. I purchased the Royal mattress, and it’s much firmer than I anticipated. I had read that it was “soft,” but I disagree. Overall, it’s not a bad bed, but I wouldn’t purchase it again.

Puffy royal mattress
Puffy royal mattress. I’m very disappointed with the Puffy mattress. It did not provide the comfort or support I expected,also fif not expand fully, and after giving it time to break in, it still hasn’t improved. Unfortunately, the bigger issue has been customer service. I reached out for help and a possible replacement, but they were unwilling to assist or offer a reasonable solution. For the price, I expected much better quality and support from the company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this mattress or the customer service behind it.

Delays and more delays
I’m a Puffy mattress owner, have 2 already. In the process of buying a third and the process has been awful. I was notified I should have within the week, but never received tracking info. Called CS twice, each time they said they would call or email me with the info. Nothing. Called today, the rep said delivery dept was open yet he’d call back. Nothing. Called again and the rep said the mattress is on back order. Meanwhile, I got rid of my mattress as I expected delivery and no one indicated there was a manufacturing delay. I got a manager on the phone he offered me $75 credit on a $1200 masters and I’m sleeping on the floor on an air mattress! But more importantly, still can’t guarantee when I’m going to receive it. I u Serrano delays occur, but no one was upfront with me each of the times I called in. This may be my last Puffy!

Filed a warranty claim on mattress that was less than 2 years old and rotated every month. After many different pics sent it was deemed for no replacement. It feels as if you roll into a big hole on one side of mattress. They are sending a mattress topper?

Well it’s half ok!
Well, looking at the bed and mattress from the foot the right side is wonderful. The left side however, is very uncomfortable. It seems to be lacking filling, and it is lower than the right. The wife and I are both 79 (she will be 80 next month) and we are unable to put the mattress on the floor to check it out. We could get it off but probably unable to get it back on the bed.

I purchased this mattress end of May
I purchased this mattress end of May. I am within 100 days. At first the mattress was good and it felt like luxury. As time went on I found the mattress was getting hot at night and I was boiling. I put this down to summer but as the nights have cooled I still get hot. I also started to get lower right back pain. I put this down to my office chair but after spending an evening at my partners who recently purchased a firm Ikea mattress I woke up with no lower back pain. So that told me that it was my mattress. On a positive note my neck pain disappeared with the puffy but lower back pain is no good. I like laying on my right side so the mattress is not supporting my lower back when I’m laying on that side. I am starting the refund process but after reading reviews about problems with refunds I expect I will have a battle on my hands.
