Company lies about the lifetime warranties AND the height of their mattresses! My mattress pad legit started to fall apart at 2 1/2 years and they denied my claim after I’ve used it very gently! Very unsettling. The emails I got were very rude and essentially flat out no for a legit claim. Horrible company. Also you can’t write reviews on their website unless you purchase and they send you a link and then you can’t edit your review and they give you a $350 coupon to write review so it’s a scam! Measure your mattress! Mine said it would expand a 14 inches and it only expanded to 11 instead of letting me return it back they sent me a complementary mattress pad for essentially lying.

Ordered a mattress on the 11th of March and it is now the 26th of March and the mattress has still not arrived. Numerous calls and emails and still no mattress!

I did what I was supposed to do review the product, send a screenshot of the review, now I'm waiting for a unique code that I have never received is this how your company do business? Again as I said this is the second time but I will make the Post online with Google trustpilot and others so that people will know not to do the review for a free pillow. Apparently the practice is to get the reviews but not send the product. How very very sad.

DO NOT purchase a Puffy Mattress. I have already had to replace my Puffy Mattress once due to issues with the mattress sagging, and that was a nightmare in itself that took over 6+ months since Puffy’s support is not good, however, I am now experiencing another issue with my Puffy Mattress, and it’s way worse than a sagging issue. I removed the “safe to remove” washable cover as Puffy’s website claims from my Puffy Mattress to put in the washing machine to clean. Now, to my surprise, I have discovered that there is FIBERGLASS EVERYWHERE within a 30 foot radius from the Puffy Mattress!!! Little tiny straight strands of fiberglass are all over my furniture, tile, carpet, and other belongings. If you go online and read about Puffy Mattresses, they will claim that Puffy does NOT have fiberglass in their mattresses. This is a huge lie that I unfortunately fell for. I wanted to avoid getting a fiberglass mattress at all costs, so I trusted these Websites and purchased from Puffy, just to find out that Puffy Mattresses DO contain fiberglass. I reached out to Puffy’s support team and they, in short, told me I was crazy, that their mattresses contain zero fiberglass so what I am describing is ‘Impossible’, and that they will not assist further with this nightmare. Now I am having to deep clean and possibly toss expensive furniture out worth $1000s. Not to mention the severely itchy skin/eyes and runny nose I have now due to this mattress containing fiberglass. Thanks for ruining my new years day, Puffy! Run from this company and don’t look back!!!

False advertisement for refund after 101 day trial for pillows. In order to obtain your refund, they do not tell you that you have to show proof that you took it to a donation center with a photo copy of a receipt and send them a copy before you are reimbursed. So you do not return it to Puffy ,or a store that sells the product to be recycled. They make you go through the trouble to go to a donation center to deter you from attempting to get your refund. They should mention that in bold print after they advertise the 101 day risk free trial period .What a scam. I would hate to know what happens if your not satisfied with a mattress?

Our king mattress is giving up in the middle area (the foam is getting weaker every day) and myself and my wife are having back pain. We are not even overweight, and the mattress did not last long. When we contacted their warranty service through the email support at puffy.com, we sent out all the evidence showing the mattress has over 1.5 inches gap and they don't want to honor their lifetime warranty. I was about to buy a new mattress for the guest bedroom, but customer service made me rethink. They will be losing a client for not honoring their warranty. I hope if YOU are considering to buy a mattress from them, please take my review into consideration and think twice.

Had a bed we needed to replace and went online to research and see what was out there. We have a sleep number mattress we love, so just needed the furniture. Finally ordered the Puffy bed in California King. Ordered it over a weekend, and it shipped out relatively quickly. Both boxes were supposed to arrive the following Thursday. Well, one box arrived. The other was delayed due to Puffys shipping department putting an incorrect label on the box. Rather than going from CA to TX for delivery, it stalled near Houston for several days and then went on a US tour. It went from CA to South TX and then over to CT, VA, MS and finally back to Texas. 2 weeks to receive a box that was supposed to be here in 3 days. During this fiasco I checked in with Puffy customer service via chat several times. Each time I was promised an email update as soon as they contacted Fedex. Never received any email, call or any communication whatsoever. Was just blown off and at the mercy of Fedex. The second box finally arrived. It looked like it had been through a war, but miraculously the items inside seemed to be okay. We started assembly. The directions are the most ridiculous ones I have ever seen, and I am an old pro at IKEA furniture. Pictures that are barely reminiscent of the furniture and no words. They are horrible. Much of the bed has inserts and heavy machine screws to fasten things together. You would think that would be the case with the feet, but it is not. The feet have to be screwed through the cloth and into the wood frame. No pre-drilled holes. No placement directions. Just here, screw them in. Not a confidence builder! Finally got it assembled and it did look good, but getting there was not fun. After we put the sleep number foundation boxes on the bed, and then the mattress, it was clear that this was not going to work. The bed was so high that it was ridiculous. Nothing on the website told us how ridiculously high the bottom support would be. So... we now wait for a 2" foundation we ordered from another company so our bed is of any use at all. I will not do business with Puffy again. Their "Made In China" products are not represented correctly on their website; the directions are non-existent; and customer support is the worst I have seen in my 58 years. Not a fan! One final note... I left a similar review on their site. Guess what? It doesn't show up. They comb reviews and only allow 5 star ones to post. Criminal in my opinion!
