First time on an ebike. Bike was solid to ride. Seat was extremely comfortable even on long ride. Great purchase!

My $1,185 electric tricycle arrived defective. Upon attempting to lock the frame into place we discovered it was misaligned. Since this manufacturing abnormality makes the trike unsafe to operate, I never got a chance to ride or test drive my investment!! What a travesty and a major let down! Please do not trust Puckipuppy! The suspenseful time spent watching, waiting and anticipating its delivery was wasted. I am crestfallen, dubious, disgusted and disappointed!! The customer service options were disheartening and dismal as well!! I will contact the Better Business Bureau to seek compensation and/or relief!! This entire experience was a nightmare!! My husband and I each purchased the samoyed e-bikes two weeks ago. We have rode 25 miles each of the past two weekends and absolutely love them. The bikes are very responsive and we both like the throttle feature especially when needing to get going from a stand-still and climbing hills. Couldn't be happier - thanks.

Purchased the GoldenR and Corgi! Great quality for the money! Came with lots of accessories. Customer service has been top notch to deal with! Highly recommend this company!

I have had my Labrador for over a year and a half now. I have had no issues with my eBike. Ordering was smooth, it arrived when expected. My contact with Customer Support was been prompt and through.

Received two PuckiPuppy Boxer STs in a timely manner. Was very pleased with the protective packaging and the bicycles themselves, with the exception of one thing. The saddle provided with one of the bikes was not the one shown on the website, which was a selling point that helped me make up my mind on this particular bike. I have reported it to PuckiPuppy and am confident that they will replace it based on reviews from others. Will update the review to let everyone know. These bikes are solid and I really believe we will enjoy them for some time to come.

I recently purchased a boxer E bike fast shipping. my first ride I noticed the front fork was pretty stiff. I contacted Customerservice. We exchanged emails. They are sending me a new fork A1 customer service will definitely buy from again.

So far great experience. Bought 3 bikes, came with a lot of accessories, my kids and i love it and bike around the neighborhood. Great quality. One bike had little issue they took care of it right away. Recommend 100%.
