My experience was good
My experience was good. Getting in contact with someone to discuss delayed shipping was slightly difficult. Once I got ahold of someone communication was good.

It's a very well designed bicycle
It's a very well designed bicycle. Rides great and can always rely on it getting me to and from my destinations. I wish they would have had a spare battery deal with my purchase.

I have had this bike for two years and it’s a fun bike but it is super heavy and I do recommend going much lighter … but it’s def a fun bike and worth it but I will purchase a lighter bike next time . I originally put two stars and didn’t take in account all the use I had out of it . Overall it’s 4

Dear Tommy, Thank you for sharing your experience after two years of riding with us! We’re happy to hear that you’ve found the bike fun to ride and feel that it’s worth the investment. We also appreciate your honest feedback about the weight. We understand that a lighter bike can be more convenient for some riders, especially when it comes to moving or transporting it. Our bikes are designed with a balance of durability, stability, performance, and overall riding capability in mind, which can result in a heavier build. We truly appreciate your recommendation and your support over the past two years. Your feedback is valuable to us as we continue working to improve our bikes and offer options that better fit different riders’ needs. Thank you for being part of our community! Sincerely, Puckipuppy

Great Bike
The bulldog is a great bike! It's fast and feels very durable. I had a problem with the front bearing and after sending them a video of the issue they took care of it.

Definitely worth it.
The bike does everything you want it too. Its what yiu wish mountain bike riding was like. Its awesome. The battery will last longer than you. The bike is solid build. Very functional. It is lower price point entry so the front forks aren't the greatest. And you need to switch the seat for a real bike seat not the huge cushy seat that comes with it. Maybe the pedals will need to be swapped out at some point for something not plastic. But overall. Im super happy I bought this bike.

The instructions could be better
The instructions could be better. With purchasing the bike I got points but the only way I can use them is by spending over $1000.
