The connecting clamps holding the fender failed causing the fender to come off the bike.
The connecting clamps holding the fender fell off while I was riding the bike. Once I discovered the fender was not attached, I looked for the missing fender connection clamps but could not find them. I called the support phone number, and CAT listened to my issue and said he would take it up with management. The next reply I received was an email the following day from CAT requesting that I take a photo of the detached fender and the area where the clamps would have been connected. I sent in those photos. The following day I received an email from ZERO informing me that the fender is not a covered item. But in the spirit, they would send me the fender assembly at no charge. On my first call, I also asked if I could purchase the curved handlebar that is on the new Alaska model. I was told they would find out and get back to me, but I'm still waiting for the reply. I'm very impressed with the professional customer service I'm receiving and can highly recommend the PuckiPuppy bikes. Keep Up The Great Service!
