My Puckipuppy bike performs well right out of the box. Assembly was easy and the packaging was well thought. Would/will buy from Puckipuppy again.

The bicycle arrived very well packed with no damage. It was easy to put together, except for the front rim was a little tricky. The bike is very well built, and I really like the quality. I have nicknamed it the beast.

Bicycle is pretty solid. Only gripe I have is that the fenders/mud guards aren't too great. Customer service has been good too. Dog chewed through my power adapter cable within the first 2 weeks I've had the bicycle. I reached out for a replacement and even though my friend hooked me up with ne, Puckipuppy Customer service was pretty quick with he response to replace.

A friend of mine told me about the Pucky puppy brand bikes and wished he would have purchased one. I then went to the website and looked at all the variety of dog breed model bikes, and really liked the GoldenR Pro based off the frame size and recommended for big riders. I am 59 years old and 6 Ft 4 inches and 250 lbs. I watched videos on YouTube regarding the GoldenR Pro and it appeared to be a good quality bike that I could ride on the streets and also on the trails through the state park nearby. I ordered the bikes ( I ordered my wife the Boxer ST) and got an email right away and then got tracking numbers for fedex to see where the bike is and give me an estimated delivery date. I believe it took 8-9 days total including weekends to receive the bikes. I love the ease of putting the bike together, and I got all sorts of accessories, including mirrors and water bottle holder, and phone holder that I would have purchased anyway. After fully charging the battery, I took it out for a ride and was very pleased with the power of the rear motor. I flipped the switch for power for front wheel power , in addition to the rear wheel and was shocked at how much power and speed there was. I have taken the bike up two very large, long, steep roads that are in my town and it zoomed up the hills at 15 mph. I had previously ridden a name brand e-bike up it and struggled to make it up going 6mph. I went out to the trails riding through the woods on dirt trails with sharp cornering and banked corners, jumps and drops and I drove the bike like an experienced rider even though I was new to trail riding and going up hills through the woods. I seriously couldn’t get the smile off my face. The bike handles street riding and trail riding both with ease. With the four inch wide tires, I can’t wait to ride it in the snow this winter. I’ve had the bike for about five weeks and have ridden it about 3-4 times a week. I feel like I’ve gained an additional core pursuit of happiness for a semi retired guy. As far as the negatives, there is a bell on the handlebar that is quiet, especially compared to my wife’s bike that I purchased for her which is the Boxer ST. The Boxer ST is a great bike for her because she is 5 ft 6 inches tall and can step right through with ease. The other thing that is more annoying than anything is the kickstand will make noise as it lightly bounces up and down while I’m going over rough terrain bumps and jumps. Being that I’m 6 ft 4, I’m considering getting a longer seat post to extend it maybe an additional two inches. I also am ordering a neck extension that will lift the handlebars an extra couple inches. Once that’s done, the bike will be very comfortable for road riding. Once I get on the trails I’ll lower the seat to its current position so my center of gravity is t too high. Overall for a cost of roughly $1900, I am very happy with the purchase of the GoldenR Pro and give it a 9.5 out of 10. My wife likes her Boxer ST. I haven’t ridden it more than twice but that is a rock solid choice too.

I asked for a bike for my birthday. The bike was delivered on June 5th 2026 received on June 12th 2026. I wanted a lightweight motorized e-bike with a throttle and Puckipuppy advertised as having a lightweight e-bike. I am attempting to exchange the bike for an equivalent with a throttle. The descriptions are deceptive and misleading as the one model they advertised as a lightweight e-bike does not possess a throttle. In addition it is the only bike by the manufacturer that does not have a throttle but relies solely on Pedal Assist. This feature is not listed as its only means of motor capability. It mentions a motor and its output but does not mention that is different from every other model because it is the sole one without a throttle for motor capabilities. The side by side comparison suggests that the bike is equivalent to every other bike and it has similar outputs suggesting that it would have similar motor capabilities. They purposefully do not mention these distinctions in order to attract business and then make returning or exchanges difficult. In addition attempts have been made to contact their customer support and escalate to Senior teams but the requests have gone unanswered. The primary point of contact has been a Customer Support Specialist named Van as well as email correspondence with a Customer Support Specialist named Cat. When additional requests were made to communicate with Senior Leadership members no response was received and phone correspondence ended with Van hanging up on me as an additional attempt to clarify the situation was made as well as additional attempts to request to speak with Senior Leadership members. In addition, the bike received has faulty equipment parts that failed within the first attempt at use. Additional support for requesting spare parts was made and ignored as well. Verification of the issues has been sent via communication with the company through email in the form of screenshots, photos, and video records. They are unwilling to assist with any type of exchange because the delivery date was on June 5th. Even though this was a birthday present and was not given to me until June 12th. The exchange was initiated on June 29th, 11 business days after receiving the bike. In addition they have 15 day return window even though the business is closed on the weekends. They should have a 15 business day return window and provide more leniency with returns and exchanges that were gifts.

Very impressed with the quality of the bike, I purchased the boxer st. The assembly was very easy and the instructions were easy to follow. The packaging of the bike was very impressive and sturdy. I own another electric bike that is a supposedly a high end electric bike but for the price and quality that the boxer offers it’s a far better bike!! Would definitely sell my other bike to buy another boxer!!

Good bike long battery life with good suspension.
