Thank you Juan, property manager at the Redwood City E.Bayshore Rd.facility. You worked quickly to replace the damaged lock on my unit. Your genuine concern and professional kindness gave me peace of mind and I am grateful. Sincerely Fran Deweese

I have a unit at your Sterling Virginia location #25993. Great facility. I am often greeted by Perla. Perla is always happy to help. She is very friendly and an asset to your company. George A. George A.

Easy to rent, easy to store! Liking this already!!

We have worked with multiple storage units over the years and NEVER have we received the superior service received at the PublicStorage, 5920 W. Plano Pkwy. ED, the manager for this site, is amazing !! Nothing is impossible. Whether you are the only client in the general office area, or there are others present...EACH individual is acknowledged and made to feel included from the beginning. ED is superior in gently guiding clients in information ...ie; he assists all in gaging the size of unit they actually need... or giving an honest opinion of how many boxes you need to purchase...he has a novel approach for this day and time: ED cares and the customer is important...not just a number. The Redheads

Public Storage has been a great help to me. I love how the staff are helpful and friendly. The staff is what makes it wonderful. The Manager there has been great. He stays in contact with you and returns all calls. The place is kept clean and secure. I'm glad I found this place. I've not seen a more friendly and helpful people. Thank You for everything, Donna

This review is for Public Storage Corporate. I rented a Public Storage Unit and after I paid for it, found out it was only open for access until 6pm. (not sure if they told me and I thought it was office hours or what) I immediately cancelled that unit and rented another Public Storage unit just a few miles away that was open for access until 9pm. Public Storage refunded all but a $24 "move in" fee. I called and spoke to the District Manager who understood I had rented another unit and agreed to refund the $24. When it went up to the Los Angeles area Regional Manager, Julie, she refused to refund the $24. She also didn't call me herself and left a phone number that doesn't work. I work for a company that does about 4 residential clean outs per month across the state of California. As Director of Construction Management, I can tell you who we WON'T rent from next time we need a storage unit: Public Storage. It's not the $24 ... its the poor customer service.
