I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Alexis at the Princess Anne Road Branch the week of the 12th this month. I must say that she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and suggestive in a manner that displayed a high concern for customer interest, and ensuring I secured the best unit to meet my needs. I felt very comfortable talking with Alexis. As a young person, she seems very intelligent, and willing to provide the best in customer service. My name is Larry Baker of unit C16. Unfortunately I have not been able to move things into my unit yet, however, upon my return, I look forward to seeing Alexis and her friendly smiles, which made me feel welcomed as a customer and glad to receive her assistance. BEWARE!!! Public storage is horrible! They promise pest and rodent control, but they do not...I signed a contract for a set price monthly, they have increased the price 3 times! Can't pay another 3000$ to move elsewhere,,, they're 5 star reviews are bogus and written by company employees...the BBB has hundreds of bad complaints against them..

On Nov 3,2019 I rented a unit . The person that helped me JoVaghn was very nice and knowledgeable. He was also very professional.

DO NOT RENT A SPACE FROM PUBLIC STORAGE!!! The price you sign you for will be increased after 6 months by 30%! I rented a space online and after I moved my stuff in they charged me almost double what I had signed up for. Took many phone calls and emails to get them to honor the rate but then 5 months later they increased my rate by 30% A year later they increased it again by another 30%, so more than 60% in just 16 months! The on site manager and Customer service basically just said too bad. I have storage space with Extra Space storage and they also increase every year but by a LOT LESS. DO NOT BELIEVE THE ADVERTISED INTORDUCTORY RATE! YOU WILL ONLY HAVE IT FOR A FEW MONTHS AND THEY YOU'LL END UP PAYING ALMOST TWICE AS MUCH.

Pam at Public storage S. Hamilton Rd. across from Eastland Mall was very helpful in showing me the unit, giving me the price, and special deal. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility looked clean, very secure, and well mananged. Sincerely; Jim, from Groveport Ohio
