Spoke with Ervin today at the Old Waterloo location. His help was priceless! His professional demeanor, made my situation easier to deal with. I truly appreciate his knowledge and support.

I recently rented a storage unit at the Park Meadows site in Colorado. There were several complicated issues that arose. (No fault of the organization). Daniel was awesome and went above and beyond to help me. We were on the phone several times. He is excellent to work with. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Public Storage on Palm Bay Rd in Palm Bay, FL! Britney is always incredibly helpful and displays top-notch customer service every time I call or visit. Recently, I ran into a stressful situation where my unit was at risk of going up for auction due to late payments, and I was in complete panic mode. However, Britney and Vicky went above and beyond to assist me, work through the issue, and help me resolve everything. They were patient, understanding, and truly cared about helping me find a solution. I’m so grateful for their exceptional service and for making a tough situation easier. Thank you, Britney and Vicky, for being so awesome! I Highly recommend this location for their professionalism and fantastic customer care.

Rented a unit at the 2200 Ave K location. Was greeted by Thomas in a very cheerful polite manner. The experience went smoothly, and Thomas was very informative and also helpful and eager to make sure that I would be renting the correct size for my needs. He took the time to show me the different size units available. This gentleman went beyond what I expected. He was not afraid to put in the work and make sure that I was getting what I needed. He also went and looked for a dolly for me as none were available. What a great service. Public Storage you really have a great worker in Thomas. He should be recognized for his outstanding customer service skills.

Great customer service very warm and knowledgeable will rent in coming months thank you Stephanie

Stephanie at the Public Storage on Airways in Memphis was very helpful and went out of her way to assist me with my unit as well as answer all questions/concerns. I have had a great experience with Public Storage thus far and would recommend others to rent from their facilities. I have not had the same service in the past from other storage facilities quite like this one.
