Public Goods are stealing people's money. They offer a sample for a few dollars and take your credit card information then charge you for a membership at 79$ that you never knew you were signing up for!! They are stealing!! I was charged 163$ and had no idea that they had signed me up for an account. I did not consent to sign up for a membership, nowhere did it say that I would be signing up for anything, and to top it off, they never even sent the sample!!! They said it was out of stock and then stole my money!!!! It's sick and it's happening to countless people!! When I tried to sign in it said no account was connected to my email. How can they be charging me for a membership when I don't even have an account!! It's sneaky and awful and I want to see action taken.

nowhere on the website does it advertise you need to be a member to order anything. i added a few things to my cart and it said i needed to pay an $80 membership fee to buy anything. that's a scam. i would suggest shopping elsewhere because an $80 (a year!!! its not a one time payment) to buy things off of their website is horrifying. pathetic company.

Same as everyone else here. Bought a 5 pack of ramen noodles Jan/2022, got charged $79 two weeks later. Unfortunately, missed the charge on my cc back then and got charged another $79 this year (Jan/23). With hundreds of complaints here and on BBB website, this company must be aware that what they're doing is just deceptive but they obviously don't care. Will never buy another product from this company ever again.

I paid over $100 for a few packages of pasta because of their misleading form about a membership. Reading other reviewers, I see where I have a lot of company, and that getting them to cancel and getting out of their clutches is made deliberately difficult.

Bought ramen ONE YEAR AGO, and they charged me for a membership a few days ago. And the ramen was on our account for 14 days before it. Really sketchy, don’t even start. Heed the reviews

I bought $13 worth of items. I check my credit card statement and see a $79 membership fee I never signed up for. The reason I spent $14 there was only 1 item that even interested me-a candle. Stay away. I disputed with my credit card company

Never signed up, never even activated my email. Refund me immediately.
