The only food I have tasted so far are the plantain chips. I usually buy them at a nearby market and they sell fast. However, the market has been out of stock lately so I ordered a few different brands, but none of them compared to Public Goods. That's why I decided to place an order directly with Public Goods! I was also very impressed with their great customer service!

Public Goods now requires a membership to order things. I don't know when this was added. I ordered a number of things from them about 4 years ago, and have ordered nothing since. They recently created a membership account for me and then charged me $79 (on an expired credit card) for my new membership without asking me to authorize this charge or even to let me know why they were charging me. The bank flagged this as suspicious activity, asked me if I had authorized it, to which I said no, and the bank cancelled my credit card. Unbelievable! I will never order anything from Public Goods again.

Excellent customer service. I received a response on a Sunday which I was not expecting because they are closed on sundays. We sorted out my concerns and I am completely satisfied with the support I received.
