My delivery arrived promptly as always. Unfortunately, the handling was bad and the box was crushed. FORTUNATELY, Public Goods had packaged the contents well that nothing inside the box, including liquids and a glass jar was damaged. I noted the bad packaging and that I had not examined the products inside in reply to an email that the shipment had been delivered not expecting a response. Instead, I was told to advise them of any issues with damaged products along with follow up emails to ensure that I had not suffered any loss. GREAT WORK!

Five stars for Margot (a human!) and 0 stars for Alex AI (you can guess what sort of subhuman). Seriously: AI simply cannot interpret conditional questions and that companies spring that sort of nonsense on customers needing help with accessing some part of the online system is counter-productive (at best) and insulting to their customers. Were it not for Margot, I would have gone elsewhere to make purchases. Fortunately, a real human was able to identify a problem that needed real help, not stupid AI help. (Will companies learn that such systems are a waste of everyone's time??). Margot intervened with a fresh link to me that overcame the glitch in their on-line system. Kudos for sound judgment by Margot. Alex AI still gets a fat zero.

The best company and customer service. The gold standard

I unwittingly completed an order with an annual subscription added to my "shopping cart" when the subscription renewed (a year later), I contacted customer service with my grievance and customer service promptly reversed the charges. While I disagree with the practice of automatically including a trial membership, I was very satisfied that company policy allowed for an immediate cancellation and reversal of charges.

Dhee answered my email within 30-45 minutes. They were kind, to the point, and fulfilled my request swiftly without hesitation.

I am told I have free membership but for 2 years I get charged. I called a few months ago and was told the membership is free. I was charged on May 2. When asking for a refund I was told I had a free membership and the ticket was closed. There is no number to call. I think this company keeps telling you there is a free membership and charge you anyway. I sure hope I can get a refund. If at first you do not succeed try try again
