PubbyReviews of pubby.co

I received three reviews that were negative. They were all three supposed to read my book on Kindle unlimited and during the time I had zero page reads, which means they did not read my book but all rated me low and I escalated to puppy they agreed with me since I showed them I had zero page reads and refunded me my Snaps but it still doesn't change the fact that I got three negative reviews by people who didn't even read my book. I looked at one profile and this person rates every book in my genre negatively I would steer clear at this platform

Currently waiting on these people coming back to me. I'm trying to cancel free trial, but there is no cancellation button, despite their "chat assistant' saying there is one. They had better not take many from my account or I'l be contacting fraud office.

I have had my book published on Pubby since the 9th of August and since that time I have had several reviews for my book however I request five more requests to have my book read and reviewed but nothing is happening. I have left several messages with Pubby support and they have not responded. Not worth the money in my opinion.

I was using pubby just fine until I started to give (very honest) 1 -3 star reviews on some titles that were obviously poor quality and written with Ai. Pubby suspended my account stating they received too many complaints that I was not leaving authentic reviews. I asked them to cite specific cases and they have never gotten back to me. From my experience and in my opinion it seems like Pubby is only interested in providing their clients with glowing five star reviews regardless of the junk they permit on their platform.

First of all, I see that many people get withdrawn too much, this is probably because the "default" payment is yearly not monthly, you have to toggle this choice when you sign up (or later in the settings) so that you get withdrawn monthly and not yearly! I liked the site, and the whole system seemed efficient and nice in many ways. I only did my trial period as I'm not allowed to leave reviews on Amazon because I haven't spent $50 lol, I am also not eligible for Kindle Unlimited as I live in the EU (and you're still not allowed to leave reviews). Anyways two major issues - The customer service. It is impossible to contact them in the chat, and the reply time is like a week, and then a new week for the follow-up, and they only answered one of my questions/chats. If they helped me, we could maybe resolve my issue and they'd keep me as a customer. Secondly, you can't choose which country you get reviews from! I write English children's books in a mental health niche, so my market is basically only English-speaking countries. A review in Italy has zero value to me. This means I leave reviews and "work" for my snaps (the point system) only to use them to get reviews in the wrong places :( This SHOULD be an option and an easy fix for them to change...

They closed my account without notification and they just banned me from their website while my 30,000 snaps are not yet redeemed to reviews for my upcoming book, they took my money and left me nothing, they are scammers. You better look for other options like bookbite, getbooksreviewed or e.t.c I'll never use their services ever again

they tried to withdraw €220 which they tried to steal from me I took a screenshot of the attempt to withdraw the money from my card. they just have to take the monthly subscription and that is €20 instead they wanted to take more... Don't trust

Stay away from this scam service! There is no real help, just a useless chatbot. I got my account suspended for no reason and simply it was impossibile even to know the reason. In addition, all pubby users are self publishers and will leave you too many mediocre or negative reviews. Don't use Pubby!
