I used pubby a couple of years ago and it worked pretty well. I will say that it says I had 243 reviews but amazon only reflected 181 so many must have been scams which stinks because I paid for the subscription. Fast forward to now. I tried them again and I totally regret it. It is a horrible experience. I have reviews that don't show up, snaps that have been taken away after doing the work and submitting the reviews. No customer service or AI customer service. It has been nothing but wasted money and frustration. I would run not walk away from this site. I don't know what changed but it is not worth the money try some of the other sites instead.

My review for Pubby should be broken by two parts: First year of usage - 4-5 stars. I've gotten a fair number of reviews, the books were picked up within 2-3 days maximum. Yeah, some reviews were clearly just written using previously posted reviews, but overall, it was a decent experience. Last 3-4 months - absolutely horrible. My books are not getting picked up, just sitting there for 4-5 weeks. Also, several reviews disappeared from Amazon. I cannot truly say if that was Pubby's fault, but when the total reviews number is suddenly showing 10 reviews less - it is very weird. Additionally, most of communication goes through the AI bot, and even if eventually a human responds, they provide minimum support. Unfortunately, I was recently charged a yearly fee (with no notification), so I just hope the service would improve

Half of the reviews left by people don't actually post on Amazon because they aren't taking the time to actually download and read the book. Many give 4 star reviews without ever reading the book as well, and the Pubby reviews actually pulled down my average significantly. When you do try to get verified reviews and post the much more point costly requests, they don't get filled for days. They have a culture of not giving out 5 star reviews at times because someone else left their book 4 stars a few times.

The issue with Pubby.com is that the readers don't actually read your book, they lead themselves to read the Amazon book reviews others have left for you, then give you a review based on that which is unfair. Pubby should try and change this by making sure readers really do read their chosen books. Your book could be great, but unfortunately, readers don't read it, they go straight to already posted reviews on Amazon, then decide. That's cheating

Customer service reps are snarky and make snide remarks. Unprofessional and incredibly unhelpful.

So I can’t scream like others that Pubby is a scam, when I first started with Pubby I did get reviews. However the past 2 weeks despite diversifying the reviews I want including kindle, verified and free verified purchases I haven’t received a single review which leads me to believe that people have stopped using Pubby even the offerings now are extremely limited for you to review and are mostly just low content books. It’s a shame because it’s a family run business which you want to support but they’ve just let it get run into the ground and now people have lost trust in the company and found better alternatives. Hopefully they can work at the business and get its reputation back again.

Well, customer service is awful. Out of six emails I sent them, they replied one. At least the one they replied was about a refund I was requesting, and they gave me my money back. Also, I am not getting 5-10 reviews per week, I'm lucky if I get three. So... I suggest you all look for other platforms. I'm gonna give it a chance one month more.

The experience started off well as I started to get loads of reviews in a short space of time! But then they started saying that lots of my reviews hadn't been approved by Amazon, even though the Amazon site showed the opposite! They deducted so many points from me it practically destroyed any progress I was making! They are so quick to get back to you when it suits them. But, if you've got a real issue they're never there! It seems to be mainly AI service and there's no company registration or address or contact person listed!
