I called to ask about what BTU size unit I should use for my office and recording studio. I got comprehensive advice on not only BTU size, but also advice on choosing a heat pump type for my needs. Shipping was expedient and communication was first class. I inspected the unit when it arrived and saw that it had been meticulously cleaned, serviced and painted and sealed on the bottom plate. The unit has been cooling wonderfully and operates very quietly. I chose the Amana and I am very pleased. Thank you!
