Amana PTAC thermostats
I recently purchased 2 Amana PTAC J series units to replace some older Amana units. Not being an expert I called a few thermostat suppliers but didnt have alot of confidence in their knowledge. Calling PTAC4LESS was the best education for this project. John answered all the questions I had and even made me think of other questions I didnt have. Anyone can give good service
Anyone can give good service, when everything is right. My experience would not have been good, except they have a amazing warranty man. John Smith went above good service to Excellent service. I thank him so much. I have always felt that how a company handles a issue shows how they really are. This company is the best. And I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you again.
