Easy website to search and find correct product and availability with several product lines & manufacturers available. I wanted some extra information and used the phone and Robyn Sirman was more than helpful with setting up some some minor details of the sale and product. Thank You

Completely wrong cord for ptac. You sent a dryer cord. Turnaround and shipping time was fast but not right product

Disappointed on how long it took to ship out the thermostat. If it was out of stock I understand, just notify people.
Response from PTAC4LessAug 5, 2025
Hello Kirk, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the shipping experience. Your order was placed on 7/28 and shipped on 7/30, which is within our normal processing window, but we understand how important clear communication is. We appreciate your input and are always looking for ways to improve. Thank you, PTAC4Less
