just saw an ad on facebook for a cute pair of kawaii like sneakers i would love but i dont trust most social media ads so came here to look at reviews. they were too mixed for me to fully decide but one said they noticed other brand name shoes on their site so i googled thebname of the snrakers i was looking at “Q-And”. google showed then on TEMU for $38 yet they are on Psylos1 for $159.00 lolol SCAM

I purchased two pairs of shoes from Psylos1. The purchases were professionally packaged and the shoes were beautiful, just like I had imagined. While the shoes were of good quality, one pair were too small. Due to the shipping cost involved, I decided not to return them and the store was willing to offer a cash coupon for compensation. An improvement I would suggest for the store is to include detailed size and fit information for their products on the website. I understand there will always be risks purchasing online since I can't try the items on. Sharing accurate and detailed sizing information will help reduce that risk. The shoes I got were notably smaller than the usual size EU36. I understand that some brands' makes aren't true to size and that's ok. It would be great if the website clearly states whether the product typically fits true to size or smaller/bigger than the listed size. I would also suggest listing the actual size printed on the product. The pair of shoes I ordered were listed as US 6 / IT 36, but the actual size label on the shoes was US 5.5 / EU 36. Had I seen that label, I would have ordered a size up. All in all, I would say the shoes are nice. For reference, the brands I purchased were SALAXI and GSL. The customer service representative had also been helpful in resolving my issue. The primary unfortunate part of my experience was the shoes not fitting true to size and that can be the case for any online purchase.

This brand is very attractive and have great finds and when it comes to lost and any damages due to courier they definitely try there best to help I’m a very happy shopper / and this is not a paid advertisement:-)

⚠️ Warning about my experience with PSYLOS1 I ordered two pairs of shoes from PSYLOS1 (Order #40496) and both arrived in the wrong sizes — one pair too big and the other too small. This was clearly a fulfilment mistake on their side. When I contacted their customer service, instead of correcting the error properly they offered me $15 compensation for shoes that cost $75 and that I cannot wear. Their other “solution” was that I could return the shoes to China — but only if I paid the international shipping costs myself. So essentially their mistake becomes the customer’s financial problem. This is extremely disappointing customer service. When a company sends incorrect products, the responsibility should not fall on the customer to pay expensive international return shipping. I have escalated this issue to their head office and hope they resolve it properly. Sharing my experience so others can be aware before ordering.

these guys were amazing and had my shoes to me fast and they were everything i thought and more… the quality was amazing and definately had a very high end feel but at an affordable price.. i will definately be buying lots more from them asap…
