Horrible customer service! Scammers! Liars! Thieves! I ordered an item from them that was too small! Which took 30 days to come,i sent it back which took another 30 days for them to receive it when they finally got the shorts back after wasting my time and money told me they would issue a refund because they no longer have the shorts when the whole time saying they did and would send my new size item! I have not received a refund or the new item these ppl are untrustworthy liars scammers and thieves they also take forever to respond to emails but post and promote online allday while ignoring customers they are pathetic do not shop here

A vest arrived and was enormous, so I immediately reached out for a return, since the policy states full refund within 14 days. I didn’t get a reply for 3 days & they asked if I wanted a smaller size. This one is an extra small. So I replied no, and now no one will respond for how to return. It’s been a week. The best was $160 so it’s not advisable to purchase anything because they don’t seem to be dependable or respectful. It also took over 3 weeks to ship.

I have been looking for a staple platform boot that was unique and not like every other boot I’ve seen. The unicorn hair boot is so comfortable, lightweight, and makes me like three inches taller which I love! And I loved that it came with a beautiful broach! Will be ordering from here again:)

NEVER BUY FROM THEM! Although they have no relevant measurements, if your shoes happen to be too small, there is no way to return it without paying a huge shipping fee. Also the customer service is terrible. They just stopped responding to my emails.

I like the purple color and the sheen that my pants have.. I'm getting the bottom opening hemmed (tailored) so they don't conflict with any of the shoes I wear.. Thank you!!

I saw ad of DAPHNELAB | Tongue Flower Platform Sports Slippers in social media and immediately run to the Psylos1 site to see them. I have received some discounts in email, so used it and finally bought. I placed order on 25 of July. On 31 of July order was shipped. There was a tracking number attached but it didn't track and I knew it's okay (according to some feedbacks from other users). The order silently came at some point (don't remember how long it took to deliver and shipment, no longer then 2-2.5 weeks). I have no idea what delivery service was used and never messaged to customer service. Order came in great conditions. The sizing was correct. I am under happy to have such a masterpiece!
