Good quality stuff and good services

Honestly, I’m very positively surprised by this shop. It was my first time ordering and I was a bit worried at first, but those concerns were completely unnecessary. The customer service was incredibly kind and very understanding, and the products are truly great. Since I live in Korea, the shipping took a little longer, but that was completely understandable.

The boots didn't look much like the picture and customer service didn't tell me they received the return until I contacted them a couple of weeks later. Overall they were helpful though.

Such cute clothes! Customer service was quick to inform me of other shipping fees since I live further out of the state and got my consent before shipping out the product! Emailed me either on the same day or day after!! Loved the quality of my long sleeve off the shoulder fur top!! Just ordered some new boots to go with my outfits to from them!!
