My experience with Proven Data was flawless. When I called in before agreeing to their services, their reps were kind and took the time to explain the process of assessing the damage to my HDD, the possible causes, estimated time it would take to repair, and possible costs. Once I sent over my HDD, they were quick to follow up, offered reasonable pricing, and I really can't find what they didn't recover meaning I really think I got everything recovered!! I have no hesitation in recommended this company to friends and family for data recovery services.

Proven Data Recovery was fast, efficient, and responsive to all of our needs and requests when it came to resolving our unbelievable bad luck with Ransomware. Most important, they were also successful! We found Proven Data after 2 prior attempts with other companies which were lacking in response time and customer service. Thank you Proven Data Recovery.

Although I never met with the tech guys, they kept me informed on the progress of my data recovery and actually recovered some important data that i lost when i accidently installed a new operating system on my imac. Because i never made a backup of my hard drive due to laziness, I had to use Proven Data. At least there is someone who can help recover some of your lost data. Thanx
Response from Proven Data LLCMay 4, 2017
Thank you for the review, Rich. We were sorry to hear of the issue, however, we were happy to be able to assist with the lost data. Thank you for choosing Proven Data!
