Proven Data is top notch
Proven Data is top notch! From start to finish, everyone I encountered either in person or in correspondence handled every interaction and question positively, professionally and thoroughly. My external hard drive was shot. Every place I took it to prior, told me it was REALLY bad and would be difficult to fix. I was very happy to find that Proven Data deals with pricing in a very straightforward manner with no surprises. They made no over-promises and only said that they would do their best. They took care to pay attention to and salvage the files that were most important to me and made recommendations on preserving them in the future. I got most of my data recovered. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would use their data recovery service again.
