Mark was very prompt returning initial phone call as well as responding to any questions/comments I posted to the ticket. Pick-up of disk was same-day and person-to-person (as opposed to mailing it somewhere). He assured me that great care would be taken to get the most data possible off my failed drive. Initial estimate was below the final cost (as I recall), but the company was very open to adjusting cost based on my expectations and notes from initial discussion - something else that was pleasant and unexpected. I would recommend this company to anyone with a failed disk drive.
