Having an encryption/ransom event occur on a Friday evening and not finding out until I came into work on Monday morning finding ALL my files encrypted and no longer available to me was disastrous. All my personal files as well as nearly 25 years of business documents were "locked up". Even my Back Up was corrupted as I typically would plugin my external hard drive on Fridays to update my back up. Proven Data Recovery restored everything right down to the smallest detail. Keeping me informed all through the process and I was up and running in the quoted time. I share this experience with all my friends and business acquaintances and highly recommend Proven Data Recovery if anyone has this happen to them.

I had a hard drive bite the dust with no chance of recovery of any data by other means. The team here were professional and efficient, and very transperant about the risk free service they offer. I will be recommending Proven Data Recovery to anyone I know who needs a "save" like this one!

Before stumbling upon Proven Data Recovery, I came across a few other companies that were given mostly mixed, lackluster and disappointed reviews. After reading review after review after review, there was Proven Data. I was almost immediately went with Proven because of the glowing reviews. They sent a quick response after my initial online registration, like the reviews say. They explained to me, in detail, about the process and what would happen. I had 4 hard drives and my iPod Nano that I wanted to pull information from. They were able to retrieve files from all but one of my old hard drives because of some long technical problem that, although I am not tech-savvy, I still appreciated the detailed explanation. As for followup, I am actually the one who delayed my responses and authorizations to them, as my emails were not timely. I can't say anything bad on their end. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Fine service, very attentive.

My experience was great. Steve was helpful every step of the way. Was recovered 100 percent. very professional. Highly Recommended.

We had three discs that had been through a fire. PDR was able to get two of them to spin up and retrieve the data. The third wouldn't so they were able to pull it apart and get the data that way. Very easy to see your data via the online system to confirm that everything is there that you wanted/needed. Staff is always available and very helpful! Thanx!
