Throughout the entire process of recovering the 2TB of data from my external hard drive that had crashed, PDR was absolutely professional, timely, and extremely attentive to all of my correspondences. Service was great, professional, flexible, helpful and knowledgeable. As far as I can tell, all data was recovered and everything went as discussed. Really the only issue I had (and this is not unique to Proven Data Recovery) was the cost of the service. It seemed comparable to other companies, but it felt like an awful lot to spend to get me back to where I was. So it did give me a great deal of pause during the process. However, the pricelessness of the data won out and I was very pleased with my interactions with Steve (my point of contact).
