As a long term subscriber for products, money is deducted from my account on the first of the month, but my product isn’t shipped until after the 15th of the month when I send another text with a copy of my paid order asking for order status.

I never got my order or answer to my inquiry about what happened... twice. Edit: The company saw my review and reached out, that means a lot to me. I would consider doing business with them again. And will try again in the future.

Excellent company and products. I've been buying from Protein Factory for more than 20 years and it's the ONLY company for your protein needs. Every once and a while I've tried another company but none even approached the quality of Protein Factory's protein. I don't use any other supplements than protein so I can't say how they are but with 20+ years of getting the highest quality protein I would definitely go to Protein Factory if I did.

Hello, We did ship your order, but unfortunately USPS lost it. I can reship it tomorrow. Sometimes USPS does lose orders but it is not our fault. We don't control them. I did track your order and it has not scanned yet. I will ship your order tomorrow and if the other order shows up please refuse it.

Your shipping sucks! I’m tired of it. I have spent hundreds of dollars as an Individual buyer. My latest order placed on 9/3 received a shipping notice on 9/6 and as of 9/16 still says ‘getting ready’ or ‘almost ready’. Your customer service sucks.

Hello, We did ship your order, but unfortunately USPS lost it. Sometimes USPS does lose orders but it is not our fault. We don't control them. I did track your order and it did finally scan, which is proof that USPS is at fault. Thus now you have two orders coming to you. Please return the order as you only paid for one but two are on their way to you.

Alex does not sell anything he has in stock until he knows its the real deal. He does not sell junk only products that get results. You get quality from the protein factory Alex does third party testing. It does not live up to its claims he will not sell it.
