I get all my proteins from Protein…
I get all my proteins from Protein Factory. Since 1998. Selection of proteins, quality and prices. Love the free shipping.

This used to be a good company to order…
This used to be a good company to order products from. Their customer service has gone down. I ordered two products, one came, the other didn't, I reached out to get an update and no response at all. I waited 3 weeks, and had to contact my bank to reverse charges. Find a more reputable source to get your supplements from, and don't believe their supplement hype either.
Response from Protein FactorySep 16, 2021
Sorry for the bad experience. But we fulfill all of our orders, even if we are out of stock of some of the items. Our reputation however is second to none. There is a reason we have been in business for over 20 years while most supplements companies die out after the "fad" dies out. Protein Factory invented protein customization, was first to market whey isolate, hold two patents, invented the world's first egg lecithin whey protein, first to sell plasma proteins, 100% hydrolyzed whey and more to come. We are the best as far as supplement information goes as well. If you missing an item or have not received it, there are numerous ways to contact us. Thank you

I ordered my product with a $10 coupon
I ordered my product with a $10 coupon. I never recieved the coupon. Not sure why but I don't have time to try and figure it out. The protein powder is good as always.
