First time using the site, not impressed. Ordered some monohydrate in June 27th, so I look up the order number on the site and it says “completed”. So I go to my email and I’ve got an email in there from July 5th saying it ready for shipping. Only problem is it’s been 10 days since I ordered it. Little trouble at the warehouse guys? Not a good first impression.

Hello, thanks for the order. You did tick off economy shipping which states 1 to 10 days delivery. You placed the order on the 20th and today if the 27th. It did ship priority mail. We offer other options for faster shipping. In the future, if you DO need an order fast and are on a budget, feel free to text us 732-901-9600 after placing an order and then ask if we can ship ASAP. 9 out of 10 times we can. Thank you.

Orders take over a week to be filled and then even longer to ship. Great products but expect it to take a while.

Hello, thanks for the feedback. You paid for the 99 cents shipping which states 4 to 14 days. We are on time. We also offer other paid shipping options which would make the delivery time faster.

you didnt send any receipt for payment and its been 1 week now still waiting for my product.....i cant check where it is now because i bought the product without an account because look like on your website theres no option to register an account.

Not sure what’s going on with logistics and CS, but my last few orders have been a mess. Late, missing, wrong stuff, delayed responses from CS, etc. Current order is still pending after a month with no projected delivery date. Products still great, but will likely switch to another supplier while they sort things out. Order 178098 — been nearly a month since ordered. Ive tried contacting CS multiple times this last week and no response.

Hello. which order are you refferring to because I see all orders delivered? We recently changed our shipping options. Instead of offering free shipping as the only option. We switched to free plus, economy, standard, and speedy. We have also started using FEDEX instead of the post office in some cases. Because the main bulk of delays are caused by USPS.

The last two or three orders from this company have been extremely slow. The product was fine, but I find it unacceptable to ship 4 or 5 business days after an order is placed. When I order on a Sunday it doesn't ship until Friday or the following Monday. Then figure another 3-5 days for the US postal service to deliver it. I'm buying elsewhere now. Edit: I see the reply mentions it shipped for free, that's not the point. The postal service shipped it fast enough, and I'd pay more for UPS or Fedex, the problem is you seem to ship once per week. I've been working ecommerce for 20 years, most companies ship in-stock products within one business day. If it pains you to ship more often, hire a fulfillment company to do it for you.

We shipped your order for free. We could add shipping costs to orders which would add $10 to $15.00 for your order for 2-3 day service. Replying to your editted comments. We have now updated our shipping to offer faster shipping at a cost. But in all truthfulness, if you are buying my products based on fast shipping times, we offer our products on Amazon.com for a higher cost.
