Great price, but shipping time was delayed significantly.

I have been a customer of Protein Factory since about 2004. I think the protein is some of the best on the market. Honestly depending on funds over my years of lifting if I could afford to purchase protein it has been Protein Factory's protein. The only reason I am giving the poor review is because I signed up for the protein subscription about seven or eight months ago and not realizing the subscription was not renewing was due to the price of protein inflating I manually paid. A couple days later I noticed that I actually did have an email, that went into my junk folder, stating the reason it was not automatically renewing. I understand fully on the price increase but after two requests I did not receive a refund on the product I never received. I would definitely rate the quality of product as excellent but because of the bad experience I have to give a poor rating.

Excellent tasting and blends easily. Miles better than any mix cocktail of cheap powders available at Walmart or Costco.

Have everything I need of quality products at a good price
